Be seen.
Be heard.
I graduated from Michigan State University with a master’s degree in Counseling and have been practicing since 2011. My experience consists of working with adolescents, adults, and couples, with extensive training in eating disorders, emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and somatic therapy. My approach to therapy is through a psychodynamic and attachment theory lens, and I utilize techniques from Somatic Experiencing (SE), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-Informed (DBT-I). As a therapist, I value safety and privacy within the therapeutic relationship.
